Place a Call

• Lift handset

or

• For hands-free, press NEW CALL soft

key or press SPEAKER button

• Dial the number

 

Answer a Call

• Lift handset

or

• For hands-free, press ANSWER soft

key or SPEAKER button

 

End a Call

• Hang up handset

or

• Press END CALL soft key

 

Place a call on hold

1. Press HOLD soft key

2. Press RESUME soft key or your LINE button to resume call

 

Place 2nd call on hold

1. Answer the 2nd call with the Answer soft key

2. The first call will now be on hold

3. To resume the first call select it with the navigation key

4. Press RESUME soft key

5. The 2nd call will now be on hold

 

Note: Use Navigation keys to alternate

between 1st and 2nd call, and press

RESUME soft key.

 

Transfer a Call (Blind)

1. During a call press the TRANSFER soft key

2. Enter the the number you wish to transfer the call to with the dial pad.

3. Press the DIAL soft key or wait for the timeout.

4. Press TRANSFER again when it becomes available

 

Transfer a Call (Attended)

1. During a call press the TRANSFER soft key

2. Enter the the number you wish to transfer the call to with the dial pad.

3. Press the DIAL soft key or wait for the timeout.

4. Introduce the call to  the transfer party

5. Press transfer to complete the transfer.

 

Three-Way Calling

1. During a call press the CONFRN soft key

2. Enter a phone number on the key pad

3. Press the DIAL soft key or wait for the timeout

4. Once connected press the CONFRN soft key to commence the three-way call.

Conference Calling (MeetMe)

1. Follow the steps to perform a blind transfer.

2. When prompted for an extension enter the conference extension number

3. Repeat this process until all parties have entered the conference

4. Dial the extension number of the conference to join the conference

 

Call Parking

1. During a call press the Transfer soft key.

2. When prompted for an extension enter the park extension

3. The server will reply with the extension the call is parked in

4. Press the Transfer soft key again to complete the park

5. Dial the extension of the parked call from any phone to resume the call

Note: Press the Services key and “Parked Calls” to view where calls are parked and to dial parked calls

 

Call Forward All

1. Press CFWDALL soft key

2. Dial number to forward calls to

To Deactivate:

1. Press CFWDALL soft key

Note: The preferred alternative to using the CFWDALL soft key is called “Follow Me”. Dial the follow me extension number and follow the prompts

 

Agent Login

1. Dial the agent login extension number

2. Enter your agent number followed by #

3. Enter your password followed by #

 

Agent Logoff

1. Dial the agent logoff extension number

2. Enter your agent number followed by #

3. Enter your password followed by #

 

Call Waiting

1. When you hear call waiting beep

(single alert)

2. Press ANSWER soft key ( first call

goes on hold)

3. Use Navigation buttons to alternate

between calls, and press RESUME

soft key for the call you would like to connect with

4. Press END CALL soft key to

disconnect the selected caller

 

Check Messages

Red light on handset indicates new

message.

To retrieve message(s):

1. Press Messages button

2. Follow prompts to check voice mail.

Note: You can also dial the voicemail extension directly
